1. I've sold couple req9-10 ruby mauls with 10-30k~ price tag, prices are jumping with these quite a bit. I'd imagine this around 5k~, there's some demand for these.

5k for the ruby maul? better if you slap on it a 'highly salvagable' inscription and expert salvage for a ruby/rubies each worth 7-8k

Chance to get with highly salvagable is still pretty low, about same as with jade/amber.
