Hello,Ive look'd And look'd around and haven't found anything thats helpfull,Im curious how you get the +5 Energy Insciption " I have the Power!" on such items,Like I see people with +5 Energy Chaos Axes,Fellblades etc,I though you could only mod Nightfall Weapons? - Im confused help please.

They added items with +5 energy sometime in Factions. You've been able to get them for some time now. Nightfall just makes things easier.
