Okay Ive beaten the 2nd mission, done as many quests i can find, I went to the den area, now im stuck. How do i get savage to let me do the mission?

you need to have Tahlkora with you to do the mission. he should tell you that when you talk to him. that may be what's keeping you from doing it.

You probably forgot the Isle of the Dead primary quest in Kamadan, where you were sent after mission 2. That, or you just didn't bring Tahlkora.
