Skill quests in Nightfall?

Are there any? Coming from Prophecies, I'm used to doing quests for skills along the way, but I have yet to see any. Should I go ahead and start dumping my skill points (and gold) into trainers as I progress, or are there skill quests farther into the game?

NightFall, like Factions before it, does not include skill quests, other than the very small set of skills that you receive from Churrhir Fields in Istan.

yeah, and the proffesion changer didn't give you skill , sigh

Be sure to check what the various hero skill trainers have to offer, so you don't waste gold and skill points on anything you can get for free.

Actually, there are "equivalents".

You gain 2 hero skill points per Sunspear Rank, and you can use those hero skill points at hero trainers to unlock certain skills for your heros. However, when you unlock those skills for your hero, those skills become available on your character as well!
