Prot spirit and MMs

My team in elona is me... 2 mm heroes and the rest... or me like mm and other mm heroe... and last night i wonder if i can use prot and blood of master... to reduce the damage... and this dont work... i have 400 life use prot spirit, cast blood of master and get 100 <> 140 damage... prot spirit dont work with blood of master?

nope, it won't work

Protective spirit reduces damage; however life stealing (vamp), life loss (spoil victor), and life sacrifice (blood of the master) do not fall under this category.
