max flamberge r10 found in Nightfall...

PC on CLEAN MAX weapons (rare skins)

white weapons still = worthless. Golds are far too cheap now for any interest to be found here, imo.
Just an opinion: it may pan out differently, but I doubt it. Far too early to make any definitive statement, regardless.

why wouldnt the price for a max clean weapon go up?
instead of buying a max gold flamberge with perfect mods for 100k + ectos ..
why wouldnt ppl just buy a clean weapon and then buy the mods for it later...it would be way cheaper.
I think the price tag for clean white weapons with desired skins will increase rapidly...
also ...what do you guys think of a weapon crafting service?
i got tons of mods and skins now...tell me what u want exactly and i'll make it for ya..

Selling weapons and mods seperately always yields more profit. Even if you add inscriptions to the white weapons, they will still be worth less money. Simply because gold weapons sell because of their rarity, thats exactly why some things go for so much money. That or the demand for an item.
People don't buy perfect golds when they want to save money. They go with imperfects, greens, or collector weapons.

well with whites do they even take inscriptions. When I have bothered to pick one up I did not see the Inscription:none on the weapon.
I usually let them rot on the ground.
Also how many GPB for one do you find in white, blue or purple.
You will have a market on req 8 or 9 clean golds. Or non perfect inscription. Let the buyer set it up as they like. it will go down big steps each req after that.
I for one will not buy a weapon, unless its a skin I like and max gold. Its just a personal thing. You can sell some purples but those are cheap and putting a 10k inscription and set of 5 to 30k mods on an item that is worth 200g just does not seem worth it to me.
Also I have seen a ton of flamberge in NF, I would not consider them or any weapon that drops common in white, blue or purple as a rare skin. It may be rare to have a certian type as gold max, but as we know those are few and far between. Or just plain ugly skin.

Hijack is against forum rules, start your own thread. K thx.

no inherent on it, merch it

well i see what you are saying...but the only diference between gold and purple is the inherent "inscription"
i.e.
Purple = 13^50 max flamberge r10
Gold = 14^50 max flamberge r10
so why would i pay more money so i can see gold on my screen... now i can upgrade a less than perfect mod with whatever i want.
whites can take inscriptions as long as they come from NF (not sure if they will change the other chapters)
My question is... can I salvage a 15^50 from a crappy hammer and put it on my flamberge here?
as for me I will buy as many clean whites from NF as I can.... imho they will go up in price

Well purples can hold a value, but its small and usually only new players or low level.
Yes you can salvage off a 15^50 from a hammer and move it to sword, axe or bow. But the value of the weapon is the skin, rarity and req. So putting a 15^50 on a purple will not increase its value to the point of making it worth it, you will have bids from people lower than the 15^50 alone, cause they will salvage it off and put it on a gold. Or resell it.

What makes a gold worth more?
Ive seen a gold "long sword" with the same stats as one you can craft at a weaponsmith with same skin.
If I'm not mistaken... its the inherent inscription that makes it gold or purple...
..(see above post)
gold means nothing to me...especially now that you can customize every part of the sword except the skin and req..
...I dont really care for the whole "rare" idea anyway... If it looks good i like it.. this is why I havent got the full set of warrior FOW armour... looks stupid in my opinion. So as for me... Ill buy max weps with inscriptions slots(regardless of colour or supposed rarity) as long as i think they look good... Im the onw staring at my screen anyway.

First off the weapon smith long sword looks totally different. It's ugly as heck.
Golds = harder to find, at least they used to be, and it looks better to people, and sells.
Whites = trash, you can't upgrade unless they say so, which I haven't seen any.
Here's the thing, you asked for a pc, which they told you the facts about selling in GW. Golds sell better than everything else, always have always will. Except that eventually prices will plummet on NF items because of inherants. Sure some people don't care about the colors, but people aren't gonna pay good money for a slighty inferior item. End of story.
