Degen/Shutdown Anti-FotM Build

This is the first build I've posted on here, but I've watched a ton of the recent flavors of the month and I'm hoping this build can cope with most of them. Yeah, it has weaknesses and thats's why I'm posting and asking for critiques.

Just for some info on what the players do, the mesmer and the ranger keep pressure on the monks while the necro's spread degen through the team. The vocal minorities are for dual-paragon builds, the ward vs elements and mantras of flame for searing flames, the ward vs foes for relic running, and the fertile for spike groups or heavy direct damage groups.

I think some weaknesses of this build would be holding or other hex-heavy builds.

It's not bad but needs some improvements.

First the monks.They seem ok but i just love aegis on the rc so i would find a place for it maybe instad of spirit bond.I love heal party too :P maybe instad of heal touch.For god shake holy veil is way better than inspired.I can't understand why you have 2 vvocal minorities?The mesmer doesn't have e-management exept from glyph that has a bad recharge.If you want wards then why you don't have melee in there? Thumpers will rape you.Your n/p song is good but caster with adrenal skill isn't the best thing in the world.

Nice concept. I especially like Edge on the thumper.

I'd probably want some more Expertise on that rumper. 25e is pretty expensive, and 7 expertise is barely helping.

Why a PD mesmer? They were good for altar matches, but now I just don't see the point. If you're going to use GoLE and I'd probably put Mirror of Disenchantment and/or Panic on that mesmer. Either one is a great skill. Removing all the tainted or aegis off a team can really help. And cutting a monks energy regen in half isn't too bad either.

I might also try to fit Signet of Lost Souls on those Necros. It's great for keeping up your energy if you aren't getting a lot of reaper kills.
