stuck after venta cemetery

i asked for help on a different site, and they couldn't help... so i came here

anyway, i finished venta cemetery, and there's a guy right in front of me, and he's supposed to have a quest. (docksman ahlaro, i think?) anyway, he's supposed to give me a quest when i talk to him, but he just takes me to a challenge mission..

i've done venta cemetery 3 times through, and he still hasn't given me the quest..

my character is tyrian- thought they fixed that bug?

Try going back to the Sunspear Command Post and see if they have a quest for you to take up there.

-Usually- when the quest giver wont give you a quest its because you aren't meeting some prerequisite, I have quests from givers who didn't have them till I zoned into an area with the right hero (just changing in town doesn't work for ! exclam points but you may still get the quest if you know who to talk to), it may be that the building the command post series of quests needs to be filled out more OR that you've not attained a high enough sunspeaer rank?

you are supposed to have 2500 Sunspear pts before you do Cemetery so it can be assumed Rank is not the problem



best I can offer is the sequence of whats supposed to happen

Kamadan docks > Consulate (off of Kamadan) > Sunspear Sanctuary



its possible theres a quest waiting for you at the Consulate but I dunno

i have 2,990 sunspear...

and i can't find a primary quest at any of the towns..

I'm assuming you have *not* done the crossroads mission yet
(with centaurs)

if you have the Centaur hero,
you have different problem than being stuck after Cemetery

I think I know what your talking about now.

That NPC you are talking to doesn't have anything to do with the primary quests. That is the NPC that takes you direct to the challenge mission if you haven't left Istan yet, that little green marker never goes away. The next quest is in the consulate, you'll need to talk to all three consulars. That will give you the quest "To Vabbi!" and you can pick up the primary quest thread from there.

and you have to choose Magrid or Whispers and do thier sidequest

is you did their sidequest (whom I dont know) but you didnt talk to them again

go Find Whispers or Magrid to continue your Primary quest
