I haven't heard of anyone finding it yet...

I've been looking and asking around for days, the boss either hasnt been added yet or simply no one has found it, i find it hard to believe the latter so just keep asking someone must have found it.

I dunno, that happened in factions as well. 2 or 3 bosses were not added until about a month into the game. they got left out then, why not now? SOMEONE would have found it by now if it was in the game.

its a shame too, im looking for it as well.

Well, there is one way to get it...
$39.99 in the Official Store! Unfortunatly, that only covers the PVP use of the skill.
Though if you are asking about it, that means you have the campaign which means that would be all of $40 for one skill until they patch it in. Might be better off putting that money towards some sleep aid and waiting it out. :x
