Im not too worried about the mods right now as they can be changed out...(+10 Armor v.s. Cold inscription)
It is a Req 9 Command and the skin as i am told is Quite rare. thank you in advance for any pcs and offers for those that are interested

yes, im sorry it is inscribeable, currently it has +10 armor vs cold, but if it is worth it i will find mods for it or sell for someone else to mod.
