This build is designed with Signet of Lost Souls and the Random Arena in mind. My idea is to toss out a fair amount of degen while keeping up the pressure with direct damage. The kicker is keeping Dark Escape up 12 seconds out of 15, allowing for excellent mobility and mitigation- enough that the build is effectively a hard target. Disrupting Dagger is simply an excellent skill that adds depth and dimension to the build, but can be subbed for a Rez Sig in case you...you know, care about your teammates.
10+2 Soul Reaping
10+3+1 Blood Magic
5 Deadly Arts
10 Shadow Arts
Reaper's Mark* 5e 1 10s
Elite Hex. For 30 seconds, target foe suffers -5 Health degeneration. If that foe dies while Hexed with Reaper's Mark, you gain 18 Energy.
Life Siphon 10e 2 2s
Hex Spell. For 23 seconds, target suffers -3 health degeneration, and you gain +3 health regeneration.
Signet of Lost Souls - 1/4 8s
Signet. If target foe is below 50% Health, you gain 82 Health and 8 Energy.
Shadow Strike 10e 2 8s
Spell. Target foe takes 46 shadow damage. If that foe's Health is above 50%, you steal 46 Health.
Blood of the Aggressor 5e 1 3s
Spell. Sacrifice 5% Health. If target foe is attacking, you steal up to 47 Health. Otherwise, that foe takes 47 damage.
Deadly Paradox 5e - 10s
Stance. All of your attack Skills are disabled for 10 seconds. For 8 seconds, your Assassin Skills activate and recharge 50% faster
Dark Escape 5e - 30s
Stance. For 12 seconds, you move 25% faster and take half damage. Dark Escape ends if you successfully hit with an attack.
Disrupting Dagger 5e 1/4 10s
Spell. Send out a Disrupting Dagger at target foe that strikes for 18 earth damage. If that foe was activating a Skill, that Skill is interrupted. This Spell has half the normal range.
OR
Rez Sig
This build works on momentum- if you can quickly roll your target below 50% health, then you should be able to easily outdamage/outlast your foe (and move onto the next one with the combined 30E from SR and Reaper's Mark). The reason I'm reluctant to give up the Disrupting Dagger is because the unexpected interrupt can push you over the edge, succeeding where the raw damage of the build cannot.

hmmm, seems like a pretty good build. i would take some attributes out of soul reaping though. it looks good, but to me it seems like one of those gimicky builds that are just fun to mess around with.
