Sephis Axe PC??

Hi

I saw a PC the other day on a sephis axe which was low dmg and seemed fairly rubbish but it got valued highly. Am a bit confused so is this worth anything please?

Salvage/Merch food imo. Sephis Axes are becoming more and more common everyday so it pretty much has to be max dmg or at least 6-26.

ok thx jackie ... that is what I figured at first but that other one confused me ... maybe it was +5 energy or something.
