Trouble with caping Shadow Form

After checking on www.xennon.co.uk/eliteskills where I usualy find bosses locations, I found out that the boss isnt where the map says. I also checked GWonline and it says the same thing, but the boss just isnt there. Has he been moved, is there another boss with the same skill? Thx for your help.

If you're talking about Soon Kim in Sunjiang District explorable, I don't think he appears while the primary quest is active. At any rate, you should be able to get it in Vizunah Square (mission), Eternal Grove (mission), Gyala Hatchery (mission), Unwaking Waters (mission), and Dragon's Throat (challenge mission). I don't know if anyone's made a map for Dragon's Throat yet.

when you start...go straight (past the mesmer)
and he will be at the bottom of some stairs.
its a 3-4minutes thingy
