PC on Cruel Iron Hammer of Fortitude

Hi,

I am wondering if this weapon if nightfall only, and if it is worth anything other than savaging it for the fortitude off of it.

Blunt Dmg: 19-25 (Requires 11 Hammer Mastery)
Lengthens Deep Wound duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)
Health +30
Inscription: "Dance with Death"
Damage +14% (while in a Stance)
