-5 Damage (20%) Sheild/Focus Upgrade Trade or Sell

I would likea price check on a -5 physical damage (20%) chance and i would like to sell it or trade it for a Courage of the Forgotten. If the price does not equal out, i have many other items i would like to trade along with the upgrade:

+29 Health Bow Upgrade

+5 energy staff head

-5(20%) i picked up for 15k. I think this was a little under. I see them going for 20 - 25k

+29 bow grip of fort with market atm 3-5k
focus of aptitude probably a bit more than the 10% 3-5k
20 under 50 inscription I dont even see people offering to sell these. I would expect around 2k or so, probably wait for someone spamming to buy this.

Not sure on axe or staff.
Halloween items. I know some are gettin sales but those range in spam from 300g to 1k, i guess if you want to sell em, put them up on low side.
