You need to hitch a ride with someone who isn't as far along in the story line to get in. I'm having the same problem. Good luck finding someone nice enough to spare 15 seconds to go and open a door for you though.

After I did the questline for "Restoring the Temple" from Munandu or w/e It was normal again for me :\

Where do you get that quest? >.> Because its not Munandu. I've looked around here again...and I didn't see anything pointing towards it.

I see. I thought that might be the case, but I wanted to make sure.

I thank you for the info.

I did the temple quest, and it didn't work actually. :/ I got rid of all my other quests too...no luck.

No. That's what I'm going to do now to get the cap.

It also works if someone has beaten the "social" mission yet hasn't taken the Koss/Melonni choice primary quest.
