I need to know how to get back to the small starter area that new NF characters spawn in before entering Chahbek Villiage. I've included a picture:

I too need to know this, as a Tyrian-born character, or i can't get 100% exploration.

You can not get there with any character not born there.
Yes you can get 100% without this area.

I agree what tommarrow said in post 4. I already have the grandmaster title in Elona for one of my Tyrian characters.

And if you want map help, do check out the stickied thread for help getting the grandmaster cartographer titles in the Elonian Explorers' Leauge sub-forum here on guru.
