WTB +29/30 Health Shield Handles and +1 attribute inscriptions and others

Ok, so I've been trying to make some shields for my paragon, but I am in need of some mods, here's what I need:

1x "Master of My Domain" Shield Inscription (+1 attribute 20%)
2x Shield Handles of Fortitude (+29 or +30 Health)
1x "Luck of the Draw" Shield Inscription (-5 damage 20%)
