Anybody else get Error 007 when entering Raisu Pavilion?

This is the second time this has happened to me tonight, and the 4th time in the past week. It seems that on the off ocassion when I enter Raisu Pavilion from Kaineng center it will sometimes make the familiar "denial" noise and say in red letters "You are still waiting to enter a mission" then will proceed to instantaneously disconnect with an error 007. I can simply log right back in, but I'm not sure why it does this. It only happens sometimes, and only when entering Raisu from Kaineng. Anybody else have this happen to them?
