Help Please

I am so lost i believe and let me tell you why. I finished the Master of whisper's test. the one where you have to kill the droughtlings, and accepted my reward but now have nowhere to go.
the mission at the rhonlai refuge will not activate for me. please some one help i am really starting to get

Is Master of Whispers actually in your party when you try to start?

no where do i get him i am so f-ing confused

Go back to Dejarin Estate and see if the Master of Whispers still has a quest for you.
