i want to buy a wand with any skin, preferably with a low req, that has a +1 Protection Prayers 20% chance while using skill mod on it. it has to be a perfect 20%, not interested in anything lower.
Wands dont have the +1 attribute mod in them, only the offhands have the +1 mod. Wands can only have energy, half cast , or half charge, or any new damage inscription in them, but no +1 attribute.
