hey just wondering if someone could price this item:

Energy +13
Energy Regen -1
(applied to spell-casting weapons)


im not 100% sure, but i dont think this is the max on this inscription, but i keep getting 'em and havent seen higher than +13 energy bonus. anywho, i dont know how to begin pricing inscriptions anyways. any ideas?
