No Me, No Kormir - No Quest

Could someone tell me where to get the primary quest No Me, No Kormir.

I completed the kodonur Crossroads mission followed by the Mysterious Message quest then chose to do the For a Price quest. I accepted the reward from shifty then logged off. Should I have waited for him to give me the quest?

I have been back to see him but no quest from him or anyone else I can find including all the usual givers in the various outposts.

Go back to Marga Coast and look for Margrid.
