I have been working on a D/E build concentrated mainly on;
Air Magic 6
Scythe Mastery 11+1+3
Earth Prayers 5+1
Wind Prayers 5+1
***You can also support Earth and Wind Prayers by minor runes since they dont take away HP.
Its main purpose is damage dealing and armor penetration with using the following skills:
Pious Assault
Chilling Victory
Grenth's Fingers
Vital Boon
Gale
Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning
Blinding Flash
Glyph of Elemental Power
Usage:
First: Ranged Attacks; Glyph of Elemental Power, then use Gale or Blinding Flash as appropriate; followed by Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning
Second: Close in attacks; Vital Boon and Chilling Victory together with Grenth's Fingers when the enemy group closes in on you. After this, you can end the effect of Grenth's Fingers, by Pious Assault: a final, good damage dealing skill.
This is a PvE build aimed to maximize damage, and keeps a steady health bar by Vital Boon skill, since it weakens the opponent pretty much by the ranged Lightning attacks, and does not leave you face-to-face with the enemy for very long. The only problem with this build is insufficient Energy. But if you have a high energy restore in your armor, it will work pretty fine.
