Has anyone done this quest and can help me with it,because i cant seem to find The Great Zehtuka anywhere?

If you need Great Zehtuka horn then its in Crystal Overlook by the monk boss.

I have the exact same problem. I have cleared the area not once, but twice....and can't find him anywhere.

Any suggestions?

Do we need all the quest items of his to find him? Or is it bugged?
