Djinn solo farming build, suggestions?

Lately I have been toying around with a derv build for farming pairs of Djinn located in Alkali Pan. I know, not the best spot to go for cash, chests or anything for that matter. The sapphire djinn seem to have a decient drop rate on scythes though and then there is the slight possibility of gems being salvaged.

So far this build has worked pretty well, at least until I run into 2x sapphire, which usually results in my death half of the time... other half being about split between killing only 1 and killing both.

Currently I am running D/Me:
Scythe Mastery 11
Mysticism 11 (+3)
Inspiration 10

Skills:
Mystic Sweep
Victorious Sweep
Chilling Victory
Mystic Vigor
Watchful Intervention
Faithful Intervention
Avatar of Balthazar
Mantra of Flame

What seems to be the major problem is the health gain that the Sapphires use, in most cases making it hard for me to use the two Victory skills until I have worked them down a bit and my Faithful has popped.

Any possible suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

try working with other avatars. such as grenth for removing the enchants, or melandru avatar with wearying strike in place of perhaps chilling victory for the deep wound. tack on insigsnias and scythe mods to make up for the armor.

my dervish runs 110 AL during normal battle circumstances. +10 while attacking, +5 scythe, +5 per enchant up to 3...well you get the idea.

so thats basically a balth avatar right there.

Yea, I'm currently using blessed insignia and +7 shelter scythe. Tried out Melandru+wearying earlier and found it to be a much harder fight than with just Balthazar. Ill have to try Physical resistance in place of Balthazar and add Wounding Strike or Reapers to my bar to fight the healing.
