Can anyone tell me if there is a way and a build for as assassin to beat those riposte tanks who are so full of them selves (no offense to those that arent't)

Gee, how to stop them from blocking/evading? Way of the fox, guided weapon, expose defenses, rigor mortis...plenty of ways.

kill the rest of their team first. then, instead of just comboing, hit them once first so you don't miss a hit in your combo.
