I found a nice caster related scythe.

Ebon Bronze Scythe of Enchanting [Gold]
Slashing Dmg: 9-41 (Required 9 Scyth Mastery)
Enchantments last 19% longer
Inscription: "Dont think twice"
Halves cast time of spells (Chance: 10%)

Price: 12,750g
Pretty cheap, just breaking even from chest runs. This was the best of 17 chests in Torment.
