Second Chain: Siphon Speed (or ED), Black Spider Strike, Twisting Fangs, Black Lotus Strike, blades of steel.
Notes: This works well in RA and TA, knockdown really isn't needed because they will be going 33%-66% slower if they try to move. Haven't tried in GvG yet.
This build was just a way for me to get around the cookie-cutter (place favorite conditional offhand here)->Horns+Falling->Twisting fangs. This build has a slight advantage in damage too.

I've been thinking of a similar build, although I'd use horns of the ox for the interrupt, not the snare.
