Any good "Master of Whispers" build?

I was just wondering if there is any good builds for the second Necro (If you already have Olias). The only build I know is an SS, BiP, and WoP. Though I'm not sure what skills to use exactly,

I avoid using WoP and WoB with Olias since they both kind of compete for corpses.

Reckless Haste and SS is a start but it's kind of boring and I'm not sure if he has good energy management or not. I do let him use Signet of Lost Souls, Power Drain, and Leech Signet. Will that be enough for him? I don't let him use MoP because I use it as a W/N since I want to choose who I want to cast it on. I've seen a few SS builds run Desecrate/Defile Enchanments, is that good for PvE also?

When I was using him as a BiP, I ended up having him use Demonic Flesh and Blood Renewal to keep his life up all the time. He ends up becoming more of a support Necro, I would make his secondary a Monk to remove conditions and hexes.

I was looking into running him as a mesmer secondary but not sure where to begin. I thought about Epidemic but not sure if it's good. Then I was thinking about Contagion, Burning Speed, and Signet of Agony.

Any other ideas?

I set him up to spam curses; with Icy Veins for an elite for lack of anything better. With the high mobility of a lot of the wildlife, SS didn't seem attractive. I'm using Consume Corpse for healing since I don't use him with Olias.

SS isn't much useful since things die so fast with heroes. Icy, on the other hand, works nicely exactly because of it, but it has to be spammed constantly to shine, which makes it not too good for an MM, but great for other necro.
