What happened to Signet of Capture?

I can no longer buy Signet of Capture from the skill trainers, not even from Sergio in Lion's Arch, and this holds true for all of my characters. It doesn't even show up in the skill list. Is this happening to everybody, or is it just me?

I didn't think Sergio sold Cap Sigs in the first place, I've always had to go to the trainer on the hill (the one who gives the cap sig quest) for mine...

And Cap Sigs show up fine for me, just checked the trainer in Kodash Bazaar.

Why not just use the skill trainer in your Guild Hall?

You got nerfed. I can buy cap sigs just fine, but I use my guild hall trainer.

Sergio doesn't even sell Sigs, other trainers early in the game don't either. >_>

umm.. Lions Arch never sold signet of capture in the first place. only quests.

You're right -- how embarrassing. I hadn't been through there in a long time. I just went to Droks and bought some.
