I'd like to buy a ghostly staff with req 8-10 in divine. The mods must be a perfect 20% for the half spell recharge that all staffs have and either of these two:
+5 energy over 50%
Half cast time 20%
Either that or for it to be inscribable. Please leave a price with it if you have one.
