Using /dancenew on Non CE NF acount

Something that's been bugging me ever since the first day of Nightfall's release, is that acount without a Nightfall Collector's Edition key, can't do the /dancenew on a Paragon or Dervish (without the special effects).

In Factions, if a person without the Collector's Edition types in /dancenew on an Assassin or Ritualist, they will perform the altered version of the dance, only without the "back-up spirits".


All I want is to have acounts without a Nightfall Collector's Edition key, to be able to do the /dancenew for Paragon's and Dervishes, without the "Confeti" or "Disco Ball", similar to how it works with Assassins and Ritualists.

In factions, the only difference between /dance and /dancenew are the backup dancers, the dances themselves are the same, as such in factions /dance and /dancenew are the same command. Those of us with the NF CE paid for our freaky chicken dance, don't expect to get it for free, with or without the special effects.

I don't see too much problem with that, (assume it is without the orb/disco ball). But I would make it as some type of reward (maybe a end game reward) before they can "unlock" such command.

So you're basicly asking for something that was ment for the CE versions for free?

Other then Varesh (which you can pick up for what... 15k?) CE owners have very little to show for it in game. If you really wanted the dance, you should of forked over the extra cash. Me? I wanted the Art Book.

i will stop buying CE until i am broke or i lose interest... which ever comes first

I got the CE, and I got the dance, you really arent missing out on much......

But yeah, I just use it to tick of guildies with my confetti.
But yeah, gotta love the art book, some great things to look at in there
