Heart or Mind- Quest Dead End/Bugged

Primary Quest Name - Heart or Mind: Garden in Danger.
I am a Tyrian Character.
I have completed the game but going back to get masters on everything.

I got this quest from the person in Kodash.

I walk out of The Orchard North, as teh quest ticker indicates on the compass.

I talk to the guy at the gate...and when I select "we are ready", he just puts me on the other side of the gate...and when he does, the compass ticker/quest goal send me right back through the same portal in an endless cycle.

I did this with a guildie earlier, when I did not have the quest, and now it is bugged and I cannot progress.

This is the second dead end questline that has hit me in 3 days.

That one requires Koss doesn't it? it's a obvious but: did you bring Koss?

You need to get into "Nightfallen Garden" in order to finish this quest.

But as far as I know, the garden will return to its normal, beautiful state once you complete the game, so you can't get into the Nightfallen version anymore.

But....if you can find someone who hasn't finished the game yet and has already gone through this quest, you can bring him along and the place will be Nightfallen again.

I tried that and it works.
