I've been noticing lately when I've tested SoI on various spells that the occasional spell doesn't seem to work properly. What I mean is that there are some spells that do not progress properly with SOI. This seems to happen alot more with spells that have 2 progressive values (2 green numbers in their description), and what generally happens is that SoI will work on the first value, but not on the second.
Let me give you an example using the skill glowstone which is glitched with SoI.
I cast SoI at 16 illusion and 0 earth magic followed by glowstone. The damage is correct, dealing the damage as though I had 16 in Earth magic. The only problem is that i only get back 1 energy instead of the 10 I would be getting if earth magic was at 16.
This problem also happens with alot of water magic skills that have a hex duration. The skill shard storm does the correct amount of damage with SoI but it's slowing effect only lasts 2 seconds despite it being a progressive value.
Any idea what could be wrong here?
Signet Of Illusions bugs

That definently sounds like a bug to me.
Although, it seems like most of the mesmers here haven't found a particularly useful application for Signet of Illusions to date. Most people have talked about tinkering with it, but the general concensus seem to be that it's more effective in the hands of someone with mesmer as a secondary class.
It would be fun to steal Avatar of Balthazar from a dervish and use Signet of Illusions with it, though. (If that would work.)
