Anyone got any ideas. Had this for ages, just realised I had it. Apparently 15% (stance) is not good.

Fire Damage 15-28 (req 8 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while in a stance)

Edit: this is not a Nightfall item...the 15^stance is not a removable inscription, it is from Factions.
