Firefox showing outdated pages?

Hi people. This has been going on since I installed Firefox 2, and I dont really want to switch back to 1.5.

On these forums (and apparently only here), When I open a thread, or even the main forum page, about 50% of the time, the page is from hours ago, when I was last online. Refreshing sends it back to normal, but Its getting really annoying. Any suggestions?

Have you checked to see if 'Work Offline' is checked under the 'File' menu?

Its not checked.
Someone suggested setting cache size to 0, Ill see how that works.

I can say that Firefox 2 has also been giving me outdated pages from other websites from time to time. So, I'm gonna go ahead and say it's Firefox.

use the freakin reload page button, or clean firefox cache

cache size 0, cleared also.
