chapter 4 was started when Factions was released and according to Alex Weekes is well on its way as of a few months ago.

the expected release is end of april 07 or in less than 6 months.

Nothing yet as to "chapter 4", chapter 3 (Nightfall) isn't even a month old now! All we really know is that this first trilogy is wrapped up with NF.
