Look, if you want someone to post, don't talk in caps and have lots of useless punctuation. Also, if you want the hood why does the hair matter. You are less likely to get anyone posting if everything has to match your requirments and instead ask for them armor, then imagine your character wearing it. This also goes for your paragon post.
