Depends on skin. If its a common one probably 5-10k. If its rarer then its much more depending on the skin again.

PS: I think theirs a 24 hour bump thing just letting ya know.

is it 20 HSR of all spells? and is it 20 HCT of divine favor or protection prayers?

I disagree with the above - divine isn't in demand at all. Monks want healing or prot staffs, since HCT20% divine, or mods +1 20% of divine spells do jack all for a monk. The divine version of this staff would be worth ~10kish maybe, while one with a protection prayers req would be ~45-50kish, with those mods, perhaps up to 60kish if someone really wanted it.

I would personally salvage the Adept 20% head off of it, and maybe put a +5 energy if the staff is saved, and sell the staff ~15kish like that. Good mods, req unpopular.

Also re: their rarity, I have tried buying protection wands/staff (NF versions, also healing staffs /wands) and every other one offered to me has a divine req. Either healing and protection prayers are a lot rarer for the staffs/wands, or people are using/hoarding them. In any case, both points to lower values for divine req gear.

sold a req 9 prot one for 50k-ish maybe about a month ago.
and btw, this thread is two and a half months old.
