would hhave to agree, the skin is a rare enough drop .. with or with out the +30hp mod on it would still sell the same .. beings the person buying it will prolly mod it the way they want it any how happy selling

Agreed, adding mods can be done by any player, it would add some increase but not enough for the amount you would have paid to get the pommel to add to the item...
