Your Top 3 Guild Wars Chapters.....So Far.

1) Prophecies - WIthout doubt a modern classic , must have played this game for a year completing everything , seemed to go on forever.

2) Factions - At the time I thought mmmm not sure about this now looking back maybe was not as bad as everyone thought,

3) Nightfall - Above average single player game.

I have liked them all for different reasons, but simply due to the engine upgrades NF is the best.

To which "engine upgrades" are you referring to ?

1-prophecies
2-nightfall~awesome graphics..the lips moving etc
3-factions~way too short

1. Propehcies for sheer originality and revolution to my MMORPG world
2. Nightfall well unlike factions this one was much more easy to do yourself, however it still provides numerous challenges because the AI is much smarter and has more room to move instead of like in more than 75% of Cantha (excluding most of jade sea) Also the graphic engine has improved runs more smoothly and looks just nice overally, Lips moving=BIG plus

3.Factions, didn't feel like i was accomplishing anything because no matter which side i had choosen i felt like i was a bad guy, but in the end i got a free wepon, so oh well can't complain that much, however the black moa bird was pretty cool, looks great with an Iway warrior in full black platemail ^^

NF would be at the top.. but I'm lazy and dislike farming for Sunspear points.

Prophecies will always be my favorite, but I really did enjoy factions. I don't know why people say they hate it...

There's always farming but in Nightfall at least i got money. Though it might be going through the older games. NF has lots of chests (not the eles) that have some nice items in them when people get to vabbi.

1. Nightfall - What can I say? Most everything has improved.

2. Prophecies - The game we all fell in love with, but it's only second because of the boring repetitive PVE and far too slow leveling rate.

3. Factions - I still like Factions, sadly everyone else hates it.

EDIT: The thread title is sort of funny....Top 3 GW chapters? Funny because there's only 3 so far...

1) Nightfall - only 2/3 thru the game since I'm playing NWN2 now, but so far it's been been a near perfect balance between the two other chapters.
2) Factions - love/hate, I hate the actual city it's a pain, love the last part of the game, leveling too fast.
3) Prophecies - fond memories, but replaying it now is a pain.. waaay to drawn out.

Prophecies. Because it's so damned big and varied!

I like Nightfall alot more than Factions thus far. Though I'm not very deep into it yet.

I assume the people who have put Nightfall at number one have completed the game ?

nightfall made factions just that much more dissapointing to me

1) Nightfall. It has some really good things from both Prophecies and Factions, but unfortunately, it makes you grind way too much for sunspear points, and then there is also the too slow of leveling. Other than that, it's almost perfect so far. Oh, and the worms are awsome. Plus there are really cool heros.

1) (It's tied with Nightfall so they are both first) Factions. It had a ton to do and I never seemed to find something to do in it. It is an awsome game. Perfect speed of leveling (accually, maybe a tad too slow ), and even after beating it a few times (at least 6 I think), it's still not boring.

3)Prophecies. It's a good game, and was incredible when I first started playing GW, but now compared to the other two, it's only a OK game. Incredibly slow leveling, more than half the game is teaching you to play, and there is hardly any level 20 content besides farming or fire islands.

They are all really good games though.

I would have to say...

1. Nightfall - All of the new features, better graphics (in that lips move), The Hero's (beacuse often times i would rather go without a PUG, and henchies just suck -_-).

2. Prophecies - I think i had the MOST fun with this thus far, although there isn't too much I would do now. But It took me a few months to actually beat the game. Lots of different areas, beautiful, fun - an all around awesome game.

3. Factions - I actually Loved this game, but it is in third, beacuse i beat it in less then one month (which for some people may seem like a long time, but i don't have a completely free scedule ), After i beat it, and got all of the things I wanted, I was extremly bored. I did love the fast leveling though, and the jade sea area. I also loved the ritualist, But sadly I won't be taking her into nightfall beacuse I do not like the armors there.

And no, I haven't yet. But it is still my number 1.

I have. But I dont see why it matters if people have finished it or not and putting it as number one. I didnt see you asking the same question of people who put it in last place.
