I know it's impossible to accurately pc inscribable shields and weapons but I was just wondering if anyone would give a guess at how much this would be worth, or should i salvage and sell the +29?

Worth way for than 15K - set that as S/B, no B/O and give it a few days! Thats my advice! GL
