Here's a neat teambuild. A good way to test neatness is to go to Arjok Ward from Yohlon Haven and aggro everything as fast as you can in that clearing where Enadiz the Hardhead sits, fighting as non-stop as you can. If you mow over stuff, have severe targeting problems from stuff dying and none of the heroes run out of energy, the build's neat
W/any Turbo Steamroller (Me)
Same build used for Koss with [skill=text]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill] instead of [skill=text]Endure Pain[/skill] - I'm too lazy to spam 7 slots, 6 is tiring as it is
Attributes
Strength: 12 + 1
Swordsmanship: 12 + 1 + 3
Tactics: 3
Skills
[skill]Counterattack[/skill][skill]Galrath Slash[/skill][skill]Silverwing Slash[/skill][skill]Dragon Slash[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Enraging Charge[/skill][skill]Endure Pain[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Equipment
Sentinel's armor, naturally, a sharp stick and whatever else.
Usage
Leeroy in with Enraging (preferably into a monk), hit Flail as soon as you land the first strike (it'll be charged), play adren slotmachine till everything dies. I've spiked Enadiz (warrior boss) in less than the 14 sec of Flail with this without help from the team, so it's solid.
E/Me Nucular Flamer (Zhed)
The idea here is to make him spam [skill=text]Searing Flames[/skill] as often as possible, for as long as possible. This creates a problem of filling the skillbar with something that helps or at least doesn't impair constant flaming. [skill=text]Web of Disruption[/skill] is the only skill on the bar besides rez & flames that doesn't help with energy, but it's a great unlinked double interupt, and there's not really that many alternatives to put in that slot. If you feel Zhed's too defenceless you can put some protection there, like [skill=text]Ward Against Melee[/skill]. Another alternative could be [skill=text]Flame Djinn's Haste[/skill], but I haven't tested if he uses it properly to escape yet. [skill=text]Glowing Gaze[/skill], unsurprisingly, has crap synergy with Searing, despite the description - it takes away valuable cast time, does crap damage and gives a negligible amount of energy.
Attributes
Fire Magic: 12 + 1 + 3
Energy Storage: 8 + 1
Inspiration Magic: 10
Skills
[skill]Searing Flames[/skill][skill]Fire Attunement[/skill][skill]Glyph of Lesser Energy[/skill][skill]Power Drain[/skill][skill]Leech Signet[/skill][skill]Drain Enchantment[/skill][skill]Web of Disruption[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Equipment
Radiant everything, 3x Rune of Attunement. This totals to 81 Energy with a normal staff.
Usage
Doesn't really run out of energy or require babysitting. Burns things. House-trained.
N/Me Undead Commissar (Olias)
After tinkering with about every feasible necro elite, it seems to me that if you want most damage, [skill=text]Order of Undeath[/skill] + fiends & horrors is the way to go. [skill=text]Jagged Bones[/skill] may seem attractive, but with the speed at which he raises new minions it's rather pointless, as he just kills off the newly cheap-gotten Jaggeds with it, can't use [skill=text]Death Nova[/skill] right and doesn't need the energy efficiency of Jagged at all.
Attributes
Death Magic: 12 + 1 + 3
Soul Reaping: 12 + greed
Blood Magic: 3
Skills
[skill]Order of Undeath[/skill][skill]Animate Bone Fiend[/skill][skill]Animate Bone Horror[/skill][skill]Blood of the Master[/skill][skill]Web of Disruption[/skill][skill]Dark Bond[/skill][skill]Signet of Lost Souls[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Equipment
Bloodstained boots, Minion Master's everything else. 3x Rune of Attunement.
Usage
When running around, stop about every 20 sec to let him cast BotM, he won't do it if you run constantly.
N/Mo Plague Doctor (Master of Whispers)
This one is an intermediate solution to my burning hatred of AI monks. Sure, he doesn't get the most out of his healing spells like a primary monk would, but he's got alot of them and a huge energy flow, especially if an MM is present. Glimmer is used because of unsurpassed spammability. Breeze is energy inefficient, yes, but he doesn't care about energy, and often puts it on the constantly saccing MM, which is about as efficient as it can get.
Attributes
Soul Reaping: 12 + 1 + 3
Healing Prayers: 12
Protection Prayers: 3
Skills
[skill]Glimmer of Light[/skill][skill]Orison of Healing[/skill][skill]Heal Other[/skill][skill]Healing Breeze[/skill][skill]Mend Condition[/skill][skill]Jamei's Gaze[/skill][skill]Signet of Lost Souls[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Equipment
Rune of Attunement x4. Don't think Radiant would help much, his energy drain/gain is fairly constant.
Usage
Press the On button and let loose. As with all AI monks, has priority conflicts on who to heal, which can result in neglecting his own HP.
Note: When I take Koss instead of Zhed, making us 2 warriors & 2 necros, the build feels a bit more survivable all in all, and not much worse damage-wise unless there's a real big bunch of mobs, in which case Searing OMGWTFBBQ!!!11oneoneeleven pwns, of course.
More monster heroes

Have you actually run a searing flames build yourself? Glowing Gaze is gang-busters with it. When you have attunement up, a glowing gaze casting will generate a net +7 energy I believe. For prolonged fights, your energy will last much longer. It's abbreviation is GG for a reason...
And it does not interfere with Searing Flames casting either.
GG only has a 1s casting time, which fits in neatly with the SF 2s recharge.
Otherwise neat builds.

I'm not in habit of saying things about skills that I haven't tested. Glowing Gaze lowers the frequency of Searing casts noticably, which is all that matters. Energy's not a problem in this case unless I aggro something like 20 strong mobs. Other than the energy gain, the skill's utter crap.
