Hero Equipment NPC / Enhancment

Have it where you can donate equipment to a hero equipment npc.
Once the equipment is donated, it's gone. It would unlock mods for weapons that would be used in the next step. (Think the same unlock system for pvp characters)

Allow any hero (across characters) to make/choose there own weapons based on what you have unlocked via donation to this npc.

Have it so when you click on the weapon slot, it bring up list (like pvp choice screen) of all the stuff you unlocked and choose the weapon/offhand of chice. You would NOT be able to xfer this back to your pve/pvp character.

It would lighten the burden of having to equip your hero's many times over and could be expanded for use of runes and such.

Good Idea/Bad Idea?
