Ok so i've been messing around with Depleting assault, Focused Anger and "Go For The Eyes!"
As far as I can tell, 1 hit gives you 25 adrenaline points, right? So with 160% extra adrenaline focused anger, you should be getting 65 points per hit.
Depleting assault costs 75 points and "Go for the Eyes!" costs 100 adrenaline points, both of these numbers have been tested.
When adrenaline skill is activated it drains 25 points from other pools.
So usual scenario should go like this:
Depleting assault adrenalie pool: 0
Go for the eyes adrenaline pool: 0
After a normal attack:
65 65
After a normal attack:
75 100
After depleting activated:
0 75
After depleting connects:
65 100
After GftE activated:
40 0
After next attack lands
75 65
After activating depleting
0 40
After depleting connects
65 100
The bolded part is then repeating, the first and last entry are the same.
So if I put it into words, you activate depleting, when it his, activate shout, when a normal attack hits, activate depleting again. So Depleting, GtfE normal attack, Depleting, GtfE normal attack, etc...
But when testing it out, it doesn;t work like that at all, GtfE need additional attack to get charged after firing Depleting assault.
What gives? Am I calculating it wrong or what? I really am stumped here.
Bug or just wrong math?

Oh it looks like anet just screwed up again. Yea, cue my surprised face
Focused Anger is broken. At 160% bonus it should charge 5 adren skill in 2 hits but it doesn't. Looks like that when they said:
They also meant, it makes focused anger skill capped at 10 attribute.
Gonna update wiki with that undocumented "feature".
P.S. I also think there was a stealth nerf of "Go for the Eyes!" from 80 points to 100 points.

You know, adrenaline, that thingie you get with attacking...well it works in mysterious ways, especially when you chain several adrenaline attacks and shouts along with % gain buff.
Maybe you should first educate yourself at wiki?

Using an adrenal skill that isn't an attack skill uses (probably like 1 point on the 25/hit scale even) a small amount of all skills adrenaline. You have to then either attack, or get hit a bit to use two charged non attack adrenal skills back to back.
If you use an attack adrenal skill it will give back that small amount of adrenaline and recharge all "charged" adrenal skills. If however, you use a shout like Watch Yourself or GFTE, there is nothing to give you back that tiny amount of adrenaline. Hence afterward you have to attack, or be attacked a bit, before your adrenal skills that were "charged" when you used the first skill to be ready for use again.

@Spura: good find. I think what they probably wanted to do is not allow any *combination* of skills increase total adrenaline bonus to more than double, but allow any *single* skill to do it. Maybe bring this to Anet's attention and see what they say about it.

Some adrenaline skills display the same cost, but actually cost more. Check guildwiki.org/wiki/adrenaline
Also, caps on effects only work if two or more effects are increasing something beyond the cap (like dodge + retreat) Single skills may go beyond the cap (dash).
