ok, so

If I'm holding a weapon that does cold dmg.
I cast conjure frost.
I do +21 cold dmg.
I cast Heart of Holy Flame.
Now,
1. does the wep +21cold get converted to holy, effectively giving me +21holy dmg from conjure?
2. HoHF contradicts conjure because my weapon is no longer considered frost
3. Or, base dmg is converted to holy and 21 cold dmg is added?
also, in reverse, if i am holding a sundering/zealous (non elemental) wep, and i cast Grenths Fingers, will conjure frost work and add +21 dmg, or will conjure consider my weapon slashing dmg still?

Pretty easy to test this, once you cast it, look for the bonus damage. The damage from conjure frost is listed seperately above the target's head. If you see no extra damage, there's your answer.

and yes, grenths finger does trigger conjure frost even if you have a non-elemental weapon, but once grenths finger ends, the effect goes with it.
the discription should've been like this:
For xx Seconds, if your attack deals cold damage, you strike for an additional xx cold damage

do god form damage trump every other type;
If i cast AoM, then already have grenth's fingers it would be earth damage now.
true/false... i think its true but im not possitive..
AND
If i cast AoM first and then cast grenths fingers, which takes priority?
i would think the avatar form does just because its elite but idk...

Grenths finger->Avatar of Melandru = Earth damage
the one cast after always gets priority, regardless of the skill being elite or not
