It may have been considered stereotyping or derogotising (you know what word I mean) people of black skin colour.
The Pointless
Bit of an odd observation to be honest. I mean, who the hell notices that sort of thing?
@ jackwooly: it's "derogatory"

Diablo???
The truth is not a justification for derogatory statements.
Swinging Fists
And that comment is relevant in game how ??? I can imagine there was a stupid conversation in which that comment was mentioned, among others.

The community can do nothing for or against you in this instance, and any complaints/clarifications should be directed to support.
More importantly, asking for comments about the action Anet has taken against you is largely inappropriate, as the community knows nothing of the case other than your word.
It is not without precedent that people have complained about being banned for one, foolish/pointless thing, only to find out they were banned for a completely different, valid, reason, and simply made an assumption.
However, nobody can say what the case is, in this instance, because nobody else knows.
For the sake of preventing unwarranted speculation over this by the community, this thread is closed. In the end, the only people that matter for convincing their decision was right or wrong, whatever it may be, is to talk to the people that made the decision.
Best of luck.
