Could I have a price check on this Canthan Amber Longbow please?

Gold Vampiric Amber Longbow of Warding
Piercing Damage 15-28 (requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while health if above 50%)
Life Stealing: 4
Health Regeneration -1
Armor +7 (vs elemental damage)

Also, if, say, the vampiric was perfect would it actually make any difference in price? Out of curiosity - I notice Vampiric mods aren't too expensive on their own.
