How do I change my password?!

OK, so I decided to chage my passoword and was whisked away to a PlayNC website where I had to fill out a bunch of forms to get the ability to change my password. I go to add my GW key and it says its in use. Duh. I look closer and it says to change it from within GW. SO I launch GW and click add access key and now I have to add a key. Well, I cant very well ADD a KEY I ALREADY HAVE and there's no way to manage my account keys unless I add one first as far as I can tell.

WTF is going on? I can't add my CD Key via PLayNC because its in use, and I cant add it via GW client because its in use.

Log into your account and click on the Edit Account button on bottom left. Next check change password.

If you are redirected to PlayNC, log in to PlayNC, click on Guild Wars and then reset password.

I can't add GW to my games list in PlayNC...

as i said in the thread right above(or below ><) changing your password in this game is complete joke, its the most frustrating and pathetic thing i've ever experienced. GW redirects to the plaync site, the plaync site redirects to GW Support, GW support then redirects you back to plaync. Its a joke.

If you are directed you there it means you probaly means you bought something from the Online store you must log in with what you used when you bought said item, you can contact support to get this information if you have Keys. if they have made all accounts this way I have no Idea. Wish it would just go back to the old way.

i actually bought nightfall from the online store without creating a plaync account, I just entered my credit card info.

It's very possible that you already had an NCSoft Master account, which is why the codes are not appearing.

Hey guys Im having a bit of a problem with my Guild Wars Account
I started playing Guild Wars about a year and a 1/2 ago i played for about a year than i stopped. I own factions, nightfall and Eotn. Now i decided i wanted to start playing again( Im only 14 i go through phrases and stuff). Now i went to log in but i cant remember my password and i cant get into my ncsoft master account and change it because i dont remember the details of that either. I lost my access keys so i cant exactly verify them for support. What am i gonna do, im in quiet the little situation

Any help would be appreciated
